Between 2000 and 2005, prior to coming to work for 3C InfoCorp, Charity worked in a variety of positions in Continental Carbon learning the wide array of applications associated with the various positions. Her ability to pick up new applications, extrapolate and solve problems enabled her to grow her career through technology. She began her tenure with 3C as a Network Technician responsible for the Help Desk, tier 1 desktop support, and user account administration. In 2007, Charity was reassigned to manage and coordinate the help desk of one of 3C's largest clients. As a result of her dedication, attention to detail, and ability to move from basic Desktop Support to server based operations, she was promoted to Network Administrator in 2008. Recently, Charity was moved back to the Continental Carbon account in order to provide training opportunities for other staff and assist with day to day operations on the Continental Carbon account.
